Alive and waiting.

Life goes on and so do I.

I'm now an aunt, and the child, my niece, is perfect. She has stolen everyone's heart with her purity, simplicity, softness, vulnerability and sweetness. She's perfect.

I'm almost finished with school. I just have two semesters left and then I'm on my own, sent out the door to learn the ways of the world as a young woman, on the rise.

In the words of Captain Jack Sparrow, "Now, give me that horizon."
